Kante sacrificed his legs and his career for Chelsea FC.

Kante runs for around 7 miles every 90 minutes, and a footballer averages about 70 matches per year. (I am excluding training and other matches, whatever footballers do).

This means he could run from London to the East of France (Strasbourg for example), or 490 miles (or around 800 km) in 4 days and nine hours.

Now imagine doing that for 7 years in a row. This is like running from London to Tehran (Iran), or 3430 miles (5500 km), within a month!

Kante's hard work destroyed his legs. He is still a class player. He has huge lungs and a massive heart, and the brightest smile for a small man.
