coincidentally i actually did this last night at home on top of my coffee table with a 10KG KB, which is all i had, and it felt really good on my lower back, the feel of the stretch was super cool, i loved it. However, I am a trainer myself and know how to lift properly. Felt good for me. However, unless you are an athlete or know anything about training, i dont think many people would get this.
