Thank you for sharing this review - very concise and informative. The overall white and black look of these headphones is clean and modernistic, and I reckon if the stormtroopers of Star Wars fame listened to music while not doing Galactic Empire related things, then these would be their cans of choice.

Curious do you know the Modmic? Mind testing them and see if any alternative exist out there? Just trying to look for stuff like this before I get a new headset in like 2 years :P - Think getting a seperate mic/attachable Mic and a proper headset is the way to go(Sneaky Edit: I just noticed that you got a ModMic lol)

Blue know how to make awesome sound gear. If I had the money I would defo get a set. Would be awesome if Blue stepped in to the gaming headset world.

I'd go for a black set over white👍🏽

$249 is expensive for headphones??? Don't look at working in the music industry.... you will be further shocked

AudioTechnika is what i want :) perfect price/quality ratio and true audiophile as an entry level :).. id say the audiotechnikas are the ones i recommend to everyone that has a 150 budget.. stylish headset and great great audio ^^!.. srry to rant on this headset but cmon.. they look waaaay to "futuristic", pure chaos when it comes to design, and that price tho :o! for me this is a no go!

nice review as always tho ^^! for a 250 you really can find better ones :). Blue has good mic as entery level but yet i do not trust them (the brand) enough to say i want this headset.

ps: im talking about headphones(-mic) not gaming headsets (+mic) :)!

Lol, these are a joke... for $250??? no way man. If you want a pair of "fun" headphones that have good bass and good highs, but don't neglect the mids TOO much, get the V-moda M100's. If you don't want too much of a V shaped frequency response, the Sennheiser Momentums are a great choice, also the Bower and wilkins P7... I mean hell... almost anything from a reputable headphone manufacturer for ~$250 will be better... These are probably great for people that don't know any better. It's like those fucks that say beats are the best.
