I think it's hard to compare these two fairly, they are from different generations. Micheal Jackson was truly the king of pop and amazing, he opened a path for so many artists, young and old, that even transfers to the younger generations. BTS (they aren't the only group/artists) honors the fact that he was someone amazing. They don't just "copy" his moves, they incorporate them into their dances to show the impact MJ has had on them and want to continue sharing it with the younger generations. Micheal Jackson was and still is a legend but he is a legend in his own way and BTS is a legend in their own way. I think MJ would be proud to know his dance and music still live on and are loved by young generations.
