This is exactly the kind of audiobook I need. Hearing the pages? Yes. I tend to block out audiobooks because I feel like they drone on. But the pauses, small slip ups, and page turning actually helped me pay attention. Idk how to explain it. But thank you.

I've never liked audiobooks, I don't absorb them well and I've always felt the narrators get too dramatic about it. This though? The second I heard this voice I knew I was stuck. This sounds EXACTLY like what I imagined Percy sounding like.

And while this may not be a perfect, professionally edited audiobook, I actually can genuinely say it's my favorite reading I've ever come across. All the little mistakes, stutters, retries and the sound of the pages turning made me smile just as much as the fun individual voices for each character did. The mistakes made it real, made it feel like I was listening to someone reading directly to me in a way that felt very personal. By the end of it I found myself caring a lot for the narrator just as much as I cared for the story and the characters he's portraying. All in all, I loved this and look forward to listening to the rest of the series.

The editing is incredible! I say editing because there clearly must be water breaks when talking for 8 hours but there is no clear sign of such thing. I love the series & you did an incredible job
