If I can give any advice for following content, I'd suggest making room for small gaps at times so viewers can digest what you're saying a little easier, sometimes it felt as though you were taking no breathes and it was all one flow of words one into the other. Remember you're also talking to the viewers, not just presenting your findings so the pauses can be helpful.
