Everyone commenting about the Tiger growing his future meal, bro if the Tiger was really hungry or saw this boy as a threat... he would've approached in a different way and would make a sneak attack. You can easily tell the tiger is playing. Tigers are notorious for playing rough and showing "aggressive" affection, but this is a Tiger cub... that's why Nouman let his son play with him. More over, all the tigers see Nouman and his as another fellow Tiger like all animals do. Every animals even your cat and dog sees you as another breed their kind.
