years ago, i was riding my bicycle in a quiet Dutch town and i saw a man stepping the sidewalk. it was a rastaman, i had the feeling i knew the guy so i looked backwards and it Rose i already had my tickets for the concert that evening. I love this album, Mykal Rose is Black Uhuru

Mykal Rose always been hardcore reggae. I was honored in the late 80's to see the brother when he came to St. Louis Mo.

This is the reggae I grew up listening to. I mean the beat, the feeling. I feel a bit of Puma Jones there somehow, The bassline is clean like the old times with Mr Robbie Shakespeare and Mr Dumbar, , , What a good memories indeed.

He's cool and still Inna his age im look so young and Meh ah glad, dat inna dis ya world of gun shooting, violence, dj's wid dem stupid dancehall slackness, bad language and toasting widout good instrumental music, deh is real roots, deh is good, live instrumental music and wonderful vocals wid good lyrics, which don't advertise dis shitty rapper's style of living. Mykal has perfect, distinctive and really good vocal style. It is real reggae music, it is conscious and righteous style of music. World needs more of dis music. Not Beenie man, Lady Gaga, Rihanna and Drake wid dem shitty dancehall, pop and hip-hop music, not di music played on di radio today, not music spreading shit and hate all ovah di world. Every day I give tanks and praises onto Jah, dat dis man is still alive, cuz Mykal is wise and righteous!:)))) Fi
