this item gives too much dmg replace it with a little bit of dmg and *little* bit of healing

"Broken" yeah sure mate, one gank and he's Dead, divine sunderer and he's Dead, range and hé can't make it work as much, against another tank hé won't deal as much dmg + he has Armor / Mr with it, 3k only for the passive, as a first item it's pretty risky against a counter imo
