“we should really lay a lot of blame on what I call our designated experts… telling us ‘hey, we need to rapidly eliminate fossil fuels.’... these people are ignoring the huge benefits of fossil fuels now and in the future.”

People like Michael Mann get real brave when their stomach is full, and they hide in their climate-controlled office.

We already know the benefits of fossil fuel obviously, what we need are new ways of producing energy to get us away from the oldest technology: fossil fuel, because it's literally the first energy, fossil fuel represents the lowest on the evolutionary scale. What's interesting is that i've read that new solar panels coming out that will not only double the energy production but also make them weigh many times lighter using perovskite, and later add more materials to get even more energy by harvesting different spectrum's of light, the benefits being that all you would need is a few solar panels and not only won't have an electric bill, but also get paid to sell your excess electricity. They have said that solar panels will cost much less to produce, at this point maybe a 1, 000 watt solar panel may cost $200 (maybe lower if they're extra thin, like they're making the new ones now days), then everyone would buy them, which would take energy prices for people to $0, this has a ripple effect and everything would be cheaper, people mostly work to pay for energy so people would spend more time with entertainment. There are also new blade-less wind turbines coming out that get wind from all directions, new geothermal technology, and graphene energy harvesters that will first power cell phones and then eventually homes in real time, no need for any other energy source.
