Chocolate, Miso, Caramel, are three of my favorite ingredients, and why not put them all together into a plated dessert, or even better, into a popsicle semifreddo to be enjoyed at any moment!

Creamy Miso and Milk chocolate semifreddo, coated by a crunchy Chocolate Caramel and Coffee shell.

Served with a milk chocolate Namelaka, miso and cocoa microwave sponge, coffee gel, and salty cocoa crumbs.
