Since Mary hardly ever got told off for being a nasty bully to Edith this was satisfying to watch, even though she still rolled her eyes after it.

Funny how Mary didn’t give a fig about Edith, even showing off a new hairstyle when poor Micheal’s death was confirmed when you’d think she’d be empathetic to what Edith was going through after Matthew’s death. Then when she might become a Marchioness, suddenly Mary is very interested in Edith’s life just so she can ruin it.
