I made mine with battery operated tee light candles. But I but clear tape over the eye holes and coloured with markers.

I love glowing eyes but it's better to use LED instead of glow sticks, because glow sticks will stop glowing after certain time, while LED's will require new batteries. To randomly blink these glowing eyes just use Arduino Nano and ask GPT how to do it ;)

It looks like a cardboard tube in a bush. This only seems to really work in a pitch black environment. Not to mention, good luck cutting those damn toilet paper tubes! Haha
