I think the r g kar doctors need to go to international court to expose the incompetency of Indian courts to resolve any irregularities in the r g kar case. If SC advised doctors to join back to work without any guarantees of no forget security lapses or personal harm, they should go to intermarriage court to explain how the highest court in India knowingly is forcing the doctors to join duty when the rapists and murdered are still roaming free in that hospital.

The state government has botched up big time. The police commissioner himself admitted of inadequate and less than appropriate steps taken in the aftermath. He should have gone by now. He should have been sent on leave at the very least. The CM had made this almost a prestige issue as it were. Hospitals, police and most institutions in Bengal are getting badly politicised.

The medical fraternity is being compelled to undergo peaceful agitation for failure of state administration. So primary offenders should be suspended first and thereafter or simultaneously the junior doctors been asked to join in duty. So called a little bit constitutional threath acts here also.
