thank you for your tutorial .. when there is a hard limit via pcq for every user/ip, is there possible to show every traffic usage in simple queue window per user/ip that have been limited ?

Please make video about Queue Tree like this but only limit bandwidth for internet connections, not for local connections. And also combined with a transparent proxy.
