I see braille in strange places. For instance, braille showing the restroom location and which is the men's and women's restroom. How do you find these signs when you're alone? Do you go around just feeling random walls?

This is great! Thank you for making this video. I've worked for NCR (the brand of ATM you used) for several years and I upgraded a lot of ATM's to be ADA compliant by upgrading the software for voice guidance, adding the audio jack and Braille stickers. It was really nice to see someone use it. Again, thank you!

People are so impatient if anyone even sighed at you I would tell them to try being blind for themselves and using an atm! Go to another one if you're in such a hurry! It's not like it takes you an hour to do it, it just takes a few more minutes, it's not that big a deal.

Doesn't the keypad have braille writings on it? Would be odd if it has voice options for the blind but not a braille keypad. Even the "Insert card" text has braille...

There should be a disability review before public amenities or facilities are deployed in public. I’ve seen people with all their senses stuff up at ATMs. Good design shouldn’t be this hard.

"it must of been camouflage" lmao you are really funny man i love what you do showing people how blind people do things that we other people who can see do, and it is challenging for blind people to do that stuff but at the end your always smiling and always have a great positive attitude and cracking really funny jokes keep doing what you doing and may god bless you

Thanks for the video. I am also visually impaired(low vision) and wondered how the current ATM assist us. I did not realize there was a headphone jack to plug in. I probably would have the same problem as you did in trying to find it until you became familiar withat ATM.

I do not understand why bank ATM do not have high contrast option especially those outside in the sun. Sure would make my life easier
