How to Make HX X9 Electric Scooter Faster?
Remove X9 Scooter Speed Limits via P Setting.

Note: Not all X9 Electric Scooter are adjustable (X9 Plus / X9 Max), as we're OEM for various famous scooter brands around the world, some importers or distributors need to customized their speed program or APP function to meet local street laws, if you could change maximum speed according to video instructions, then congratulations, if not, but you still want to ride X9 plus scooter around 40kmh, it can be done, just change the controller and display, and it can be easily done all by yourself, please check other video link HOW TO REPLACE X9 CONTROLLER & DISPLAY.

X9 Electric Scooter P Setting: The HX X9 Scooter parameter P4 is hidden, which is different from other HX adult scooters setting method.

1- Press Power & Function key together to enter the menu setting, and the screen displays “P0”
2- Press Function key to switch to the P1 setting item;
3- After holding the brake lever, press and hold the Function button for 2 seconds to enter P4 to release the brake lever;
4- Press the Power button to enter the P4 setting item;
5- Press the Function key to set the required P4 value, the specific values are shown in the previous section; (when the third gear speed is adjusted to FF unlimited speed, the second gear speed is 20km/h; when the third gear speed is adjusted to the speed limit 20/25km/h , the second gear speed limit is 15km/h)
6- Press the Power and Function button at the same time to save & exit the P menu settings

P0 km/miles per hour setting: 0 kph / 1 mph
P3 Wheel Size Selector (don’t adjust): 85-8.5″ wheels; 10-10″ wheels
P1 Cruise Control Setting: 0 off / 1 on
P4 Speed limit setting
FF: Full-Function, max 40kmh; 25mph
25: 25km/h, 15.5mph
20: 20km/h, 13mph
P2 Kick Start Setting, (don’t change): 0 off / 1 on

Save Settings: Hold Menu and Power buttons together until 00 is displayed.

OMG Thank you so very much for this simple and quick tutorial of how to adjust the settings for a faster speed. I had it kinda figured out but then when I messed with the settings I lost the ability for being able to remember how I did it. Well thanks to this video I am back at the speed that I wanted to get to where I need to quickly (short distance). The user manual for this scooter is actually pretty useless. I didn't have one when I received the scooter in the box but found it online and said nothing concerning how to fix my situation. I clicked around and happened to find your tutorial in the online HX FAQ HX Scooter World. So again thanks alot and yes thumbs up my friend.

one question P setting match with all scootet to set the speed unlimit or different from scooter to other because i have lamborghini Al Ext same i have PSetting but i increse speed to 35 but how i remove the speed unlimit pls i need ur help

Mohu vám říci, že elektrický skútr bohman urban master 70, toto nastavení je vhodné, zkontrolovaný rychloměr ukazuje 38-39 km. Zítra zkusím zjistit, jestli to fungovalo nebo ne.

I just bought a Reyth electric r70 scooter, seems to be the exact same scooter, box said X9 under the Reyth sticker, 40kmh was unlocked, gets my 200lbs frame upto 36kmh. Funny that.
