I’ll never forget the fear in my heart of waking up on my sofa while my husbands away on night shift and I was drenched in blood while 4.5 months pregnant. It turned out to be placenta previa and eventually resolved on its own thank God. But never will that memory be taken for granted

I had a stillborn at 18 years of age and 2 miscarriages later on in my life .

I did manage to give birth to 4 healthy children even though I was a high risk with all pregnancies …(blessings)

I’m also blessed to have been born in times were I was able to give birth safely .
Many women in the old days lost their lives during childbirth and complications with pregnancy .

Thank you lord ❤

That was me. Having a miscarriage and the nurse, a kind man, was like “yep, you’ll be fine”. And I was. Ovulated again after a few weeks and conceived our son. Really common, like 1 in 3 end as early miscarriages. You’ll be fine. Whatever your emotions are, they are completely valid. Hugs.

Being pregnant right now, I can related to this a little too well. About a week after finding out we were pregnant with our second baby, one evening I started bleeding. I freaking lost my mind, I panicked so badly. Actually though I miscarried on the toilet when a clot fell out. My husband was the only one keeping shit together. Thankfully it was a a small tear and baby is fine, we’re on week 17 now but the it’s terrifying if you really want the baby. It needs to be said though that sometimes you can bleed a little with pregnant without miscarrying but it is not a fun experience.

I was pregnant this summer. Everything was normal. My HCG levels were great. Morning sickness, everything. Went in for my first ultrasound at 9 weeks and found out that my baby had died at 6 weeks but my body never took the hint. It’s called a missed miscarriage.

I just got pregnant again last month and I’m currently 6 weeks. I’m not anxious after the last one. But I’ve been very sad. Especially this week 💔

I miscarried early last year. A week after the joy of finding out I was crying my eyes out in the toilet while my sweet toddler tried to console me. I was very depressed for a good 6 months. Now I’m 35 weeks pregnant with our second. I had spotting early on with this one too but thankfully she stuck around ❤

I felt like curling up on the couch with a compfy blanket... then the feeling that my period is about to start. I told my midwife I don't feel like driving all the way (1 hour) to her appointment, because I feel this. And she said:" THIS IS HOW BIRTH STARTS". Wow. I didn't believe her. It was 5 days after my estimated due date. 6 hours later I gave birth to my girl ❤🫶🏻

I bled three days every month until my 6th month. My daughter was born at 40 weeks exactly 8 lbs 4 oz. Doctor said it happens that way sometimes, but it scared him a bit but he just knew I was gonna make it.

I've had 2 miscarriages - the first I just thought was a heavy period, until I went to doc & she told me my blood showed pregnancy hormone (this was in the 80s). Had D&C bc there was still tissue & risk of sepsis. 2nd one, I knew - work would not let me leave! So I threw up on co-workers desk! At docs, same procedure for same reason. No spotting with either pregnancy. Sometimes it's just...gone😢

I’ve had 4 miscarriages. 😓 After my 2nd, my husband and I did IVF. 1st cycle didn’t work, 2nd was our 3rd miscarriage, 3rd cycle was our miracle baby. When he was 1, I got pregnant on accident and I was SO excited to have another baby! I thought, “My body knows what to do now that we’ve made it all the way before!” but that little one was my 4th miscarriage. That left me wanting to have a 2nd child when I never really had before, so we did one last (4th) IVF cycle and now we have our 2nd little miracle. Two little boys, 5 and 1. My husband has now had a vasectomy and I still make him use condoms. I never want to go through the fear and worry of pregnancy again!

I miscarried 30 minutes after being at the hospital for concerns about the pregnancy, to be told "go home you'll be fine with these antibiotics." Nope. Went to a different hospital (during covid) because I thought they could do something. Only to sit on a pad for hours around a woman in active labor and many other pregnant women. My bf getting yelled at by nurses and told security would take him off the premises (because of covid) when they didn't have the ultrasound test results... but I saw. They left us alone when the doctor came back in to tell us and I became hysterical.

I don't know how far along she was but before my sister and I were born... Our mom had a miscarriage the doctor simply told her to stick it back up inside her and she'd be ok... a little while later she went into a full blown miscarriage she never went back to that doctor... a few years later in February of 87 she had my sister and then the next summer in 88 I was born... I hate doctors like that show no compassion or not showing any concern when the patient's scared to death

I lost my daughter’s twin about 12 years ago. It's heartbreaking. Some of these episodes are hard to watch.

I remember waking up soaked in my own blood with two of my miscarriages, and standing up to see a toilet full with the other

I spotted with both pregnancies during "implantation". First time I freaked out, I prayed if there was something wrong with the baby to take it. My mom had 6 miscarriages.
