Stuffed Pomfret (Paplet) Vasaikar Style

Please find below ingredients of how to make stuffed pomfret. Clean the fish completely from the inside to stuff in with Coconut chutney in the stomach.
What all we need for this?
To marinate the fish:
1. Salt as per taste
2. 1/2 TS Turmeric Powder
3. 1 TS Lime Juice
For Chutney:
1. 1 TS Sugar
2. 1/2 TS Salt
3. 1/2 TS Turmeric Powder
4. 1 1/2 TS Lime Juice
5. 2 Medium size green chillies (less spicey)
6. 4-5 Medium size garlic cloves
7. A big bunch of coriander leaves
8. 1/2 grated coconut (for big size pomfret)
