Easy savory french olive cake

This is my vegan adaptation to the french “Cake aux olives”
Recipe:
1 cup unsweetened, unflavored plant based yogurt (as the egg replacer)
1 3/4 cups flour
1 cup white wine
1/2 cup olive oil
1 tsp baking powder
1 tsp cornstarch
1/2 tsp garlic powder
Salt and pepper to taste (depending on saltiness of toppings)
~50g green olives
~50g sun-dried tomatoes
fresh or dried herbs (rosemary, thyme, oregano)
Bake at 350F for 45 mins
