I really like Mr Penumbra's 24 hour book store! I found it wandering the library and was so happy I picked it up.
Six of Crows is stellar. I listened to the audiobook and it's the best I've experienced.

Okay, 'Shadow of the Wind' WILL BLOW YOU AWAY (no pun intended). It's my favorite of the year and it's only half over. It's that good, no book will top it for me, I just know.

I'm reading Me Before You right now, and I totally love it and I'm not gonna let anyone make me feel bad for loving it. Yes, it is a bit ableist, but as Moyes has said, this is based off of someone she knows. She is not saying that this is how every quadriplegic feels, but she knew someone who experienced this and made the decisions that get made in this book, and I don't think people should invalidate the events of this book. But again, that might be an ableist opinion.

This summer I think I'm going to be re-reading some of my old favorites. I just purchased Vicious, so that should be coming in the mail soon, and I'm really excited to read it.

I loved Six of Crows! Ravka (Grisha trilogy) is based on Russia, but Ketterdam etc are based on The Netherlands/Amsterdam. Being Dutch, I recognised so many names and things and it was just a really great experience overall. Cannot wait for Crooked Kingdom!

I wasn't the biggest fan of Me Before You, so I'm interested to hear what you think of it. The Raven Cycle is one of my favorite series, so I hope you enjoy the rest of the books! I just finished the last book a few weeks ago.

I started Simon vs. the Homosapien Agenda on audio book and loved the narrator and the first few chapters...but had to give it back because I had it on overdrive and it is still (2 months later) not available for re-checking out. I have been looking all over the place for The Shadow of the Wind...the bookstore and library are both sadly lacking and do not have it! I keep hearing such great things. I LOVE Six of Crows. Can't wait to hear what you think of everything!
