Are you serious?!! You guys time indexed the video?! This is amazing!!! Awesome video. Also it did resolve my issue. My phone was not charing and seemed dead, but I had it plugged in for a while and the screen remained black. I saw your video and did the hard reset and it's on now. Let's see if it charges. I think it crashed trying to use the charge pad instead of the lightning cable. Again, video is well explained and give well thought out and steps and processes. Great job! Have to say, one of the best formatted videos I've seen on youtube.

I just bought the 11 pro max Thursday afternoon only charged 2 times so far it last so long and I’m alway on it but just a minute ago would not charge I’m like yo I plugged it in it was fine I went to sleep woke up phone stopped charging it was at 15% so I kept in plug then re plug so I did some research found ya video and did the hard reset thing no help so I did the try didn’t plug outlet then boom my phone buzzes so I knew it was charging thanks a lot man
