How I overcame the worst traffic EVER on eBay…TRIPLE THREAD. Please like and comment if you have questions!

1. Starting Sunday, daily listing will begin and last indefinitely while I have the store open. I have $23, so I can buy 11 items so far at the bins, but should be able to get
2. I will build up a 14 listing draft “bank, ” so in case something happens, I’ll still be able to list 1 a day for 2 weeks.
3. I’ll launch the oldest draft every day to make sure they don’t expire. Drafts and photos start to disappear after 30 days, so you want to make sure you launch them in a timely manner.
4. Should I continue to make this into a six figure business? $100k profit?

1. Currently the goal is 70 listings per week, I should be able to complete in 2-3 hours just on Sunday.
2. If I go to 140 listings per week, I should be able to complete it in 5-6 hours just on Sunday.

Pro Tip. If you have a draft that is 29 days old, but you are not ready to launch it, You can create a copy. The copy starts a new 30 days and you can delete the old one. When creating a copy, make sure to check the boxes that say, copy photos, and copy catalog product information.

You are so helpful, let me tell you something.
I went through my entire inventory for the first time in two years (1200 items)
Updating storage locations, item specifics, and everything. Simply changing the storage location in the title, made items sell. Items that never had traffic before. Ontop of that. I found about 2% of my inventory wasn’t listed. Whether it was an item the buyer bought, then canceled and wasn’t eligible for relist. Or an item I just simply mistakingly put in the tote. It’s now all listed.
I feel so much more productive seeing and feeling everything being organized. Thank you for it all! I’ve commented multiple times about my business, but this man right here knows his stuff. The Triple Threat is real Chris! I tested promoted listings plus a 10% off sale on my entire store of 600 items, and I'm sending coupons to buyers. So, a little different strategy but it has been making a big impact. Thank you for all you do! My goal is $1, 000 a week NET income for all of 2022!

For clothing tags that like to curl, I roll up a 1/2” piece of tape and stick it to the bottom of the underside. 5 seconds, hands free, none of the tag is obscured, and no risk of getting ink on the tag!

I also have a new store about the same age as your new one. It took me about 45 minutes to watch your 8 minute video! WHY? I have to keep rewinding to see how you got to these screens for this Triple Threat.
