NOTE: a lot more possibilities on the RK002 other than modifying volca sample MIDI handling nowadays (this video dates back to 2015 :-) ). You can now program custom MIDI processors in the RK002, be sure to check our RK002 DUY Exchange.
Just an example what you can do with the RK-002. The RK-002 splits single MIDI channel notes to the 10 MIDI channels required by the Volca Sample.
The RK-002 also adds polyphonic and chromatic play to the volca Sample via MIDI and turns it into a very flexible sampler.
The firmware of the RK-002 is updateable, you can also upload other flavours in the cable:
* arpeggiator
* volca FM Velocity fix
* polyMUX (Chaining midi devices to increase polyphony)
* Kaossilator keyboard play
* Digitakt polyphony and euclid patterns
* Roland MKS/JUNO CC2Sysex editor
* MKS182 style sequencer
