I am confused by question 33 part (a). The assumption is made that it is uniform circular motion, but I don't see how it can be. When we do vertical circles we have the velocity least at the top and greatest at the bottom. Is it to do with the fact that P is halfway up the circle that means we can use uniform circular motion?
