Hyper dust wins.

Every timeline, universe, or even void/omniverse or whatever HYPERDUST enters, he AUTOMATICALLY BECOMES the most determined in there, gaining control over the whole code of that place. As soon as HYPERDUST doesnt give up, his soul will refuse to die. Any Code erase/stat change will immediatly fail torwards hyperdust due to the previously mentioned ability to control the code of whatever he enters with his great determination. The only way to defeat HYPERDUST is to make him surrender. HYPERDUST will NEVER give up, no matter what he has in front of him, nor in front of any situation, even if at huge disavantage. Any mindcontrol will fail along with any feed torwards him;

As HYPERDUST can't feel emotion anymore, he cant either power up or weaken any sans according to his mental state, giving no advantage or disadvantage to general enemy.
ATTACKS
Some attacks are yet to be finished, here's what is done so far.

PURPLE AMBIENT - HYPERDUST generates a purple fire from his eye, so strong to create an entire burning fog field within miles. Any living thing that comes within a close ranged contact with this raw burning energy, will immediatly be blinded and physically burned by this attack, stunning the enemy with no fail.

"MY" SPECIAL HELL - HYPERDUST quotes. "...Heh... You've made me go through enough of your hell... how about i return the favor? Here i show you MY SPECIAL HELL!" HYPERDUST generates a super focused amount of energy, that will fill up an entire area and immediatly incinerate anyone/thing that is in it.

SAVE FILE MANIPULATION - HYPERDUST is able to cancel anyone's determination in whatever world he is by becoming the most determined. A similar concept of what happened between Frisk and Flowey, but this one appeals timeline-wide. If needed, HYPERDUST can control more than one save point at once.

BONE ATTACKS - HYPERDUST is still able to use the Orange and Cyan bone attacks, along with new improved regular bone attacks, these bone damage values divide in 3 colors:

WHITE - Normal damage, very rarely used, mostly for testing an enemy.

RED - HIGH Damage, frequent enough, on a non KR state, it can half HP of the enemy, while on KR, it can IGNORE the KR and erase Health by points of 1.

PURPLE - One shot. This attack can instantly set anyone's health to 0 if it hits. Unless the enemy has KR, in that case it'll erase HP at an incredible speed, capable of removing a total of 1000 HP per hit. Very frequently used to finish the job.

HYPERDUST mainly uses (80% Purple Attacks 20% Red Attacks. He never uses white attacks unless he has a plan/he's testing something/someone.)

GASTER BLASTERS - One of HYPERDUST's most deadly attacks where the attack color rule applies again. Usually in a red beam, and the size of around 5 meters, a blue colored blaster, with cracks on the ends of its jaws and head, with insane-expressing red eyes, will shoot forward an energy beam so great, that its capable of completely vaporizing any weak enemy. If a purple beam is to be used, the power can reach a point to be so great to erase pieces of code from an entire timeline, very deadly.
Other ablities-He is at LV 999, and is 69EXP from LVL 1000, also known as the Murder LVL.

Dust Sweep
A character from an au (other than Core!Frisk and Coeus) that he has destroyed appears, and does his bidding (like Ink!Sans summoning Sans ability in the Ink Sans Battle).

Rainbow Bones And Blasters
Normal Sans attacks, except they're the colors of the rainbow, and they do 999 DPS instead of 1 DPS.

Dust Weapons
He can summon any AU characters weapons (except Core!Frisk and Coeus).

Alright so as usual, wrong.
If Hyperdust can lose to CLASSIC sans, its safe to say he would get killed by Killer.
He also gets destroyed by his own canon counterpart.

And if Canon Insanity is stronger than Canon Murder, its safe to say all it would take is his unpredictability and brutality.
