Nothing shakes my soul like Michael Jackson's commentary on our mess of a society. He makes me feel like its my responsibility to make the world a better place. This song is what shaped my empathy as a child, the detailed descriptions of grief affected me so much I decided I would never pass up the chance to help somebody else. Now, my own problems have weighed on me so much, they clouded that pure vision I had. I struggle with extending myself beyond my own issues Listening to this again after years has awakened it once again. There's nothing we can do about the bad things that happen to us but I can at least help ease the pain of others by fighting for change

The power of this song is something completely unmatched, it's like an Earth Song part 2, probably the most powerful song on the planet ever written. Both so meaningful. This particular song has the potential of being a killer on the charts. Sadly it didn't happen, like with so many others. This one, to me, it's so incredible out of all the unreleased material.
