25:47 If you take a quiver of 2 objects {1, 2} and 3 parallel arrows 1->2, then the quadratic form would be q(x, y)=x^2+y^2-3xy, which seems to be not positive semi-definite to me?
Because q(1, 1) = 1+1-3 = -1
