Fair point is that Binance is huge, they have SAFU funds and too big to fall. Chances are if Binance Falls, The only scenario where Binance will fall is if crypto itself falls

The deal is pending due diligence. So NO Binance has not yet purchased FTX despite what anyone thinks. DD can often take months to complete so the deal can still not happen.
