LOVE THIS SEGMENT! As a medical student I’m thrilled by ESPN incorporating the input of medical professionals in their coverage of sports injuries

Finally ESPN decides to get an expert to talk about an injury instead of the ‘analysts, ’ who know nothing about medicine.

Showing the Poole “play “ is so misleading. He didn’t cause the bone bruise it’s not even possible.

Why aren’t y’all showing the play wit Klay? If it’s indecisive on how it formed then show all the possible times it could have. Only showing Poole is clearly forcing a narrative and is making the network look bad .

Yeah but ESPN is shady for showing the play in which Jordan Poole grabbed his leg as it had nothing to do with the injury.

The physical therapist won't say it but I work in the Orthopedic/musculoskeletal field as a healthcare provider and the chances of getting a bone bruise from someone pulling your leg is basically zero unless you have something like brittle bone disease...people owe Poole an apology

Stephania's explanation is on point. She had no opinion on how the injury happened and said she would need to talk with Ja to understand what may have caused the injury. I'm hoping the recovery doesn't take months. God speed Ja!

So when can we expect an apology from both Ja Morant and Taylor Jenkins for falsely accusing Jordan Poole and trying to tarnish his name?

What it means is that Jordan Poole didn't injury Ja

Coach jenkins needs to publicly apologize to poole for basically calling him a dirty player

Ja has a bone-on-bone injury, he didn't break his knee. Everyone who wants to say JP caused or even triggered the injury is giving his strength too much credit it's funny. For him to even cause an injury by yanking the knee, it wouldn't even be straight to the bone, a torn muscle or ligament would have had to happen first. Only a few noticed the more likely cause of jumping into Klay's leg and even fewer noticed how he bumped knees with Poole before the "knee yank". What Ja needs is guidance on how to land. He jumps and almost assuredly crash lands ala young DWade. And on plays he doesn't crash, he lands like DRose, almost all his landings look awkward and he always lands straight to a point of hyperextension. Doesn't need to be graceful but if he doesn't learn how to stick the landings, give it a couple more years and he may really break something which no one wants to see. "Curious" Jenkins is deserves the slapping they are getting now. He is getting outcoached.

When someone wants a second opinion they didn't like what they heard the first time. So hearing he wanted a second opinion you know he's done. Get better Ja. Don't be the new D. Rose.

Anyone that’s actually had a bone bruise can tell you how painful it is I was hit by a car walking home from school I ended up getting a bone bruise on my knee and walking was painful

Finally got an expert who can explain what actually caused Ja’s injury. So we can probably say Jordan Poole did not injury him, Poole must be on steroids or something to make that big of a damage on his bone.

This is a similar injury to what kept Kendrick Nunn out this full season. Not surprised that he’s out for a series. I think that knee bump with Klay is What prolly caused it but idk 🤷‍♂️

JA simply overplayed himself this year…hope he recovers well.

I'm curious to hear coach Jenkins after he pointed a finger at Poole insinuating he a dirty player cause it is impossible for someone to bruise your bone by pulling.
The media should grill him at shoot around.

Thank you StarPhania for shutting all this noise off

Just for perspective. Kendrick Nunn had a bone bruise in his knee during the pre-season and didnt play a single game for the Lakers so don't expect Ja to be back anytime soon.
