Guys, just now I was about to make a coffee on my Vertuo Pop. So things go like this, in case you didn't know. Press once Pop blinks white and remains steady white to indicate it's ready for you to put your mug and press the button to start making coffee. But you can also press once and then press again to make the machine go ready and immediately start making coffee, just don't forget to put your mug first, otherwise you'll make a mess and regret it :). I mention that when you press the button the second time it will blink white faster.

Tonight I got a red light. Firstly I saw that the machine wasn't making coffee. I looked at the reservoir which was half, more than enough for my coffee, but I decided to remove it and fill it up. I used my double press button method this time. So I visually checked the lid and it was closed of course. Then I pressed the button and immediately blinked red. I turned the machine off by pressing the button and then I turned it back on .

The button was steady white light because the machine didn't had time to cool of. Then I checked for the capsule. It was normally perforated and no visual damage to the capsule of the machine. I mention that after opening the lid, as usual, the capsule was thrown into the bin. Luckily there were other capsules in there and the coffee from this one was still inside. I placed it back in the machine and the machine started to make coffee immediately without and issues.

So my conclusion is that the machine didn't read the capsule correctly, or the capsule was bent although it worked after being perforated once. I also have to mention that I use my machine to make only mug sized coffee and I might need to decalcify it. That being said this was NOT a descaling alert which is 3 orange blinks as indicated by this video at 0:47

Watching after going from a broken Vertuo Next to a Vertuo Pop, first one lasted good 3 years but ended up having many different coloured blinks and pouring around 750ml of coffee no matter which size pod. Hoping for at least 3 more years of nice coffee with the Pop

Same is so annoying. Its my second vertuo with troubles. And here in Colombia they take like 2 months to fix the machine

Just got my vertuo pop.
Followed the instructions for the first use but the machine do not pull water from the dispenser and blinks red.
The nespresso app says its without water but the water dispenser is full and in the right place.

Even with heating the cup, which is a waste of hot water, the coffee is still lukewarm, any tips?

Just out the box yesterday. Have another Nespresso machine that works beautifully (different maker), but this one is a mess. Super loud. Not intuitive at all. Followed directions exactly and it didn't dispense. Blinks all kinds of colors--mostly red. Took forever to get a cup of coffee from it.

good morning, I bought my machine in October, after the first coffees, I notice that, the coffee came with a lot of foam, and not much coffee, and this is in expresso coffee, I live in Portugal. User error - not sure how to fix this - based in Australia, had machine for only 3 months old, done all cleaning, descaling, resets - still blinking red :-( 3rd machine to fail!

So I just got the MACHINE ERROR blinking after a few months of usage. What should I do? There is nothing in the User's Manual regarding this.
