Use "Ctrl+W" (with zero margins for X and Y) to setup the frame to surround the round PCB. Then press "Ctrl+E" to move the cursor to the lower left corner of the frame. Then follow the rest of the info in the video to set the origin.

How do I do this if the PCB is round or has a chamfered corner?
