Correction please ! In Polyol pathway glucose is converted to sorbitol by enzyme Aldose reductase and Sorbitol is converted to fructose by enzyme sorbitol dehydrogenase.

Great video, but I do not understand why the hyline deposits develop - I mean I got that the albumin links with the AGEs and then cause vascular deposits and vessel injury. But why there is also hyalin deposits?
