IS IT A DUPE?! Maybelline vs Charlotte Tilbury Mascaras

Today I'm going to be testing the Charlotte Tilbury "Legendary Lashes" against the new Maybelline "Total Temptation Volumizing Mascara". I ordered mine online and their descriptions and some other qualities made me believe they could possibly be dupes. Watch my video to see how this test turned out and whether I thought they were a dupe after trying them out.
