DNS Poisoning Attack

How attacker program is able to guess dns client's source port address and dns transaction ID in that short time, isn't it random? There is like 100 000 000 combinations.

When I scan for the host, there are 3 hosts and Idk who is it and my windows ip isn't there, is this only works on virtual machines or what did I missed?

i performed this attack in the virtual box virtual machine between ubuntu and kali but i did not redirect any client to another site can you upload any vedio about this dns cache poisoning attack in Virtual Box for testing in host only network and i configured DNS with Bind now i want to perform this attack over DNS for testing
