Learn how to 'speak in your customer’s language' in order to garner support for a lean culture change, and how to create an environment that is primed to enjoy a successful lean implementation. Discover the most popular objections then delve into how those objections typically stem from one of three possible areas. Hear about techniques on how to deal with people from each area in order to overcome objections and build a lean culture. Towards the end of this workshop, attendees will break into work groups to take a scenario where they have to develop a response to a lean objection from a certain level of the organization.

Presenter: Paul Critchley

Paul Critchley is president of New England Lean Consulting and has a broad range of operations, safety and leadership experience that has spanned more than 20 years. He is the co-author of "The Whole Professional, A Collection of Essays to Help You Achieve a Full and Satisfying Life." Critchley holds a BS degree in mechanical engineering, a MS degree in management and a MS degree in organizational leadership. He is a board member of the AME Northeast Region.
