As a teacher I feel like I make enough money. I want smaller classes! Such as 24 or less per class! The more money teachers make the more politicians want to get for their money and schools will stuff as many kids into a classroom as they can. I've had up to 40 kids in one class period. I also would like for school administrations to not have their hands tied behind their back when it comes to disciplining students. I've heard of students who can' t get kicked out of a school because schools need the numbers because the more kids a school has, the more money schools get. There is is so much bullying in schools that gets ignored. The state has a hotline for bullying and it's useless. Kids who are bullying others, are not dealt with. Schools care more about the bully than the victim.

I hope everybody will take notice that there's only one candidate that continually speaks to the Bill of Rights and that's Hughes. I think mr. Hughes like most conservatives is severely concerned about how fast the state and federal government took the people's liberties and how fast and compliant we were to give them up. It can never happen again. I also like how Hughes is willing to say that correcting the budget it's going to be very hard and unpopular.

I think it would have been interesting to have heard all of the candidates take on defunding the police and what they think about all the protests, seeing that the perspective of police has shifted for many in UT.

Huntsman loves to say the word "leadership." Weird coming from a guy who abandoned his post as Governor to go work for Obama in China. He abandoned the people of Utah, who believed in him and voted him in.

Thomas Wright had my vote UNTIL he said he'd ban choke holds. If anyone's life is in danger, I want him/her to have the ability to use choke holds....including police.

We need to get rid of the white haired male moderator, all he did was waste time asking the SAME questions when the candidate already answered.
