Should be renamed to "UN Secretary-General's concerns and prayers" There is no call to action without actual changes in laws. And the laws are not helping us move the correct way still. It's getting a bit better every month, but it's not gonna be enough if we continue at a snail's pace.

How about coming up with a real solution instead of more government spending with no results! Mandating electric vehicles is starting at the wrong end of the problem. Start with powering the grid with renewable energy. The problem is, people are addicted to being comfortable, so they dont want to give up anything that changes their comfort level.
