For candy corn bandit I'd say it as a good alternative oppose to potential bandit both are fairly good and you spend more with potential.

Promotion explosion isnt that bad cuz if something gets past late game you can just place a 1000% atk speed grenadier

Bomber event perk decent makes bomber do 2x dmg

Frigid ruin is so good i think it deserves more than mid a tier cuz it can go from me losing on the first master rusher wave on insane solo to beating solo insane with the same loadout
