I've been making something similar for a while and it's lovely. I get some strange looks at work when I pour green tea over my rice dish but they don't know what they are missing out on. It's lovely.

Damn that looks good! I'd pass up on the lemon and just have a piece of umeboshi on the side of the bowl.
