KG, Ray, and Paul were in their late prime and had already played their best seasons before 08. KG got hurt in 09 and wasn't the same after that. They still went to the Finals in 2010 but Perk tore his ACL in game 6. KG didn't underachieve, got old.

Celtics always mention Kendrick Perkins being out for game 7 in 2010. But they never mentioned Andrew Bynum and Trevor Ariza being out during the entire finals in 2008.

Everybody talks about KG getting hurt in 09 and Kendrick hurt in game 7 for 2010, but NOBODY brings up Bynum being hurt for the WHOLE SERIES against Boston in 08. Gasol may have not been ready, but add Bynum too I think they get over the top that year.
