Not gonna lie, I actually like all the Shiny Violet Paradoxes being chrome like that.

Considering they're all robots, it implies some sort of factory defect or missed step on the production line, which is in of itself a rare occurrence, just like other Shiny Pokémon.

Phantump's shiny is smart bc it turns Phantump into a white-barked birch tree with its red autumn foliage. And Mimikyuu's shiny is smart bc it based its costume off the old black and white sprites from the very first Pokémon games

Grey shinies are phenominal because grey makes so many colours look good, red and grey in particular look amazing together

Koraidon’s shiny is honestly insanely good. I also like the grey shiny for Slugma, as it reminds me of lava when it hardens into igneous rocks.

I like shiny mimikyu because its grey cheeks and light grey body remind me of pencil and paper compared to its normal form which looks like fabric and crayon.

Slugma actually has to constantly mover or else it will cool down and harden, so the shiny is supposed to reflect that. (It’s says that in its Pokémon entry)

The only downside of the chrome Future Paradoxes is that some of them (e.g., Iron Moth) are barely noticeable from a distance. That aside, the chrome Shinies (and the Future Paradoxes as a whole) are so underrated.
