Russian president Vladimir Putin has ordered tactical nuclear weapon drills, as part of a military exercise to "deter" the West. Since its invasion, Moscow has repeatedly warned of rising nuclear risks -- saying the US and its European allies are fanning controntation between nuclear powers. It comes as Russian forces continue to make incremental gains on the ground... capturing two villages in Kharkiv and the Donetsk region, as well as the village of Soloviove in eastern Ukraine...

When Pootin gets scared enough of losing in Ukraine he makes another nuke threat. He would have to be very suicidal to actually launch a nuke because that would mean instant retaliation from the west whose nukes are set to launch even before Russian nukes reach the US. In the exchange a lot of people would be vaporized. Even if Pootin survives in his bunker, he would come out to devastation then a nuclear winter. In the long run, he would not survive.
