Wow I can't believe I actually started using MMD. First animation, even though it's only 13 seconds long I thought was a pretty decent for starting from scratch...

20,000!?!?!?! GO AND WATCH SOMETHING BETTER!!!
30,000... AMERICAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAA!!!

40,000. That's it, I'm making a sequel to this thing!!!

@dblader333 Basically, it's a nuclear control rod. She's a character from the video game series "Touhou Project" and she controls nuclear power... Also, it doubles as an arm cannon. I can imagine why GLaDOS was freaked out, since Utsuho's not too bright. ^^;

@nuttyfluffybutt Youtube video that had all of GLaDOS' voice clips in it. The *CLANK* was just a quick playthrough of HL2 whacking a hovering camera edited in using Audacity.

Years ago, I thought that GlaDOS was talking in Japanese. And also, I didn't know who is GlaDOS (before XP) but I am very familiar with the game itself. Maybe I didn't even know the characters yet there and I didn't seem to care.
