Yeah I was told Florida was really bad when it came to the old peoples I mean yeah and then some guy actually visit my state and he said his mother moved down there with him cuz he wanted her to be close to her and I think he's originally from New Jersey and the same medication that was covered in New Jersey off of Medicaid and Medicare cuz she's retired it's not even covered down there at all so she has to pay out of pocket for it and that's really sad for somebody who's old and retired and I don't know what medication it is but you can imagine if it's something for she could have beat his stroke heart attacks or something like that yeah that medication can get pretty expensive

Thanks, but I'm staying! By some divine intervention, I'm sure, I was able to refinance my 30-Yr VA mortgage on my 2/3 BR - 1BA house in a North Jersey lake community for less than 3% while eliminating all my debt. You can't can't find comparable living arrangements an hour from the city for what I am paying in mortgage and taxes in Sussex Country. Jersey also doesn't tax SSI and the best doctors all moved to Jersey from New York. Tell me a state with better beaches for the price of admission, or a more 'it is what it is culture'. Ain't happening. Jersey can work out for many if you downsize and pay attention. Out of the 50 states, Jersey is hard to beat. Mountains, beaches, country, city, sports, culture, music, medical care, and things to do - This is the place to be. Even the Mainline Philly folks can't get through the year without invading Ocean City. Just sayin.
