I’ve been failing the AS course all year. Haven’t understood a thing outside of organic chemistry. Then I discovered your playlist, and safe to say in a few hours of youtube, I’ve learned more than I did in five months of college. With my AS mock tomorrow, if my grade finally scrapes above a U, it’s all thanks to you!

I've struggled so much in inorganic but this video was so engaging and understandable while covering all the material. You're a godsend

You made this ages ago but I want to say thank you so so much. I've always hated the reducing power equations but your examples and the train analogy were excellent. I now know them from memory!

You can alternatively form Na2S04 from sulfuric acid and sodium chloride/bromide/iodide as an extra note.

Have my chem mock on Monday and this vid was super useful in filling in any gaps I needed to fill. Now the A* seems more achievable so thank you so so much!

Thank you I don’t even normally comment like ever but I WATCHED EVERY OTHER HALOGEN VIDEO AND COULD NOT UNDERSTAND AT ALL. Like IDK WHAT WAS WITH THIS TOPIC
But when I watched yours honestly I understand it now like I can do questions to it so I’m happy I have a base so thank you 💙

i really like your videos. they'are straight forward and thanks to you i understand the topic. My end of year exam will be on five days and my chemistry teacher didn't even teach us this.

Thanks for this video! One thing, surely the equation for the reaction of chlorine with water under sunlight would be. H2o+Cl2->2H+ + 2Cl- + 1/2O2, or doubled.

Hi, quick question, do you think these revision videos go into enough detail or should I watch the subtopic videos for more depth of knowledge

With disproportionation reactions, how can you tell that the chlorine is both oxidised and reduced, just by looking at the oxidation states?

does +1=oxidised and -1=reduced or?

Thank you sir, it is really clear to understand!
