So. I’ve heard a compelling argument for her not pushing impeachment until some other investigations get deeper or settled. Given a time limit, i think that could be a viable option.

Whether they call it an impeachment investigation or just an oversight investigation, they need information and testimony. That's why it is important for the courts to grant them the authority to enforce their subpoenas.

I would say, if we have to impeach to prevent any new wars then get on with it. If in is not necessary to impeach to prevent war, save impeachment until 2020 in case of reelection.
