Is there a new Pandemic outbreak in China? How safe is China? What is China like to live in? What is it like to travel in China? How easy is it to immigrate to China? Can I retire to China from the USA? UK compared to China? China compared to the USA. I get so many questions about China and now I am being asked about a new pandemic outbreak in China. Seriously!

Dear, through the years of the US and UK bombarding, I have developed a sense of distinguish between real flu and BBC flu, CIA flu, NED flu, CNN flu, etc... But thanks for the info anyway and wish all to stay warm!

My friends in Shanghai and Beijing told me the same... this time of year always gets more people in hospital and nothing unusual going on.

it is Indian media that started the rumour, and then all a n t i-C h in a utubers jumped into the bandwagon to get some money.

Nothing unusual happened. Here in my city I can't even find anyone coughs or sneezes on a subway nor on a bus.

Thanks Ian, it's getting farcical in the UK over this non event. We've been talking to family and friends on Wechat and like you it's ' what are you talking about, it's normal here'.
We have an apartment in China and it's so wearing all the lies about China and HK.
I tell people what it's like in China, but many are so head washed. We'll be heading to China very soon as I've just retired 😊.

China is the safest country I have ever been to.

I've been five times and been to many of the places in Beijing that you include in your videos. Dongcheng and chaoyang districts.

Keep up the great videos

I live in London in UK. My landlord who is 75 years old, he got a cold last week, and two days ago he felt really bad so he called the ambulance. I accompanied him to go to the hospital, as soon as we arrived at the hospital, we could see that it was full of patients, the A/E was extremely crowded, the waiting queque was very long, we waited nearly six hours until my landlord got to be seen by a doctor. What I want to say is that in any day, especially in winter, even hospitals in UK are always crowed, let alone a hospital in China which usually handles a much bigger number of patients every day than any UK hospital, so a picture of crowded hospital in China can tell nothing about the story. What disgusting for viewers is that how western media can manipulate or fabricate a story simply using their propaganda narratives.

Asian countries eg china japan korea thailand - patients go to public hospitals not to private small clinics

Merci de nous informer et de détruire le narratif des médias poubelle qui pullulent en France. TRÈS bonne année 2025.

The word Pandemic should be used sparingly. But the Western Media seem to use it in every other sentence. Look up the USA-CDC - definition of Pandemic. Even the Corona deaths did not full-fill the definition in any country of the world. Its in two parts and both have to be full-filled.

What I heard was that there is an outbreak somewhere here in China (it's a BIG place) of the H1N1 flu, which used to be called swine flu back in the day.
We haven't had any around here (Changchun), but the Chinese do over react to colds and flu and they usually go to the hospital, or to the local community clinic and have a drip which treats the symptoms.
I would never consider having an I V drip for a cold or the flu, but they do here.

Also, if there's an outbreak of anything nasty, they stop you at the hospital door and if you have a temperature or a fever, they send you to a separate fever unit that treats you separately.

Mate, it looks like pandemic to me even though it's not, where are those people around you ??
It looks like you own the whole place 😅😅😅

Love your videos Ian so informative 🙏
What I would say as a tourist and massive fan of China is that when I spent time in three different provinces in September the one thing that put me off returning was the spitting culture
Everywhere I went it was relentless and did make me this about things like TB and other transmittable diseases
However I am in total agreement that if there were any truth in the west saying there is a new outbreak China would be the first to crack down due to the huge population- they were also the last country to open back up to tourism which is a great protective factor for residents 👌
Keep up the great videos and keep well 😍
