No modern occultists claim Mammon as their primary deity because practitioners of "Prosperity Gospel" beat them to it.

Just when I think I have an abstract understanding of demonology, I learn that hell has an accountant 😂

I love the fact that our modern word for noisy disorder and confusion, Pandemonium, comes from the name of Satan's Palace in Milton's Paradise Lost.

29:37 Your telling me that cute little creature, who helped me the entire game is named after a Demon.

48:11 Astaroth sounds the most interesting but is he feared because of his honesty or because he see's through people's lies and deception?
Also NGL it's hilarious, ironic, odd and terrifying that even demons fear going broke.

I mean, modern occultists, like Lucifarians, not liking Mamon much makes perfect sense to me. Greed isn't good for anybody. You harm others in the throws of it, and you yourself will never be satisfied if you give into it.

What you said about the maleficarum is very interesting to me since I just learned that in the witch trials midwives were persecuted extensively, and when the trials were over basically the midwifery came back into prominence but they had to have a license issued by the Vatican. So you can see how the Vatican used this book to help persecute whoever they felt like deeming a witch. This all aligns with my understanding that organized religion is meant to detour people from anything that is self-empowerment. Midwives often chose to be midwives either because they came from a line of midwives or they had been given a vision that called them into the practice.
Natural birth is said to be less painful and have shorter periods of Labor and it is said that the female releases an amount of DMT during this experience, similar to the amount released when we die.
It seems like the persecution of midwives led by the Catholic church is a clear sign of trying to keep people from having enlightening experiences.

Lilith isn't just a Jewish teaching of being Adams first wife. Its also part of the Apostolic church as well. I know simply because my Grandfather was a Bishop and had his own church. He also taught quite a few of the "banned" books in his sermons

When anyone tells you that JRR Tolkien creating an entire history of Middle Earth just for a few books is "extra", just hit them with the entire hierarchy of demons

I don't think Lucifer is a bad guy, and I don't think God would either. It's all one big misunderstanding.

The story of Astaroth would make for an incredible tv series. Picture a darkly comic drama.

I’m very curious, how Lilith got these “powers” people claim that she has. AFAIK God didn’t bestow powers upon Adam so why would He have given her power?? 🤔

In Thelema, your will is your divine purpose in life, not a desire to do whatever you want. "Do what thou will shall be the whole of the law. Love is the law, love under will."

I would recommend doing a study of the work of the 15th century Archbishop Peter Vinsfeld, who originated the assignments of specific evil spirits to the seven deadly sins or transgressions. For example: Lucifer, hubris or pride; Leviathan, invidia or envy; Satan, wrath or hatred; Mammon, avarice or greed; Belphegor, inertia ir sloth; Beelzebub, gluttony or addiction; Asmodeus, impurity or lust.
