Embracing the magic of spring in the cottage kitchen 🌼 Making naturally coloured pasta | S4E5

Thank you for joining me for another spring episode of The Dandelion Pact! 🌼🍃 Do you love pasta as much as Winifred does? In today's video, I am sharing some easy fresh pasta ideas. I added some boiled beetroot and roasted red pepper to dye the pasta dough naturally. The end result: beautiful and colourful garganelli, farfalle and tagliatelle! I also made some dandelion pesto!

I love that you put dandelions in vases. Where I live, they are seen as terrible things that need to be discarded, yet you are valuing them!
I write to penpals on a regular basis and wish that people wrote letters in this way today, very much so. It is gorgeous to listen to.
I really enjoyed watching the process of handmade pasta as well. It reminded me a bit of how I cut fabric to make quilts.
The set up of the table at the end of this was great! How did the pasta turn out? I hope it was delicious.
